A shared ritual for slowing down together

What this is

Mindful Maki workshops are not like your usual cooking classes.

They are shared rituals that use sushi-making as a way to slow down and discover each other in new ways.

You’ll be guided gently, invited to move at an unhurried pace, and supported to stay present with both the food and the people you’re sharing the experience with.

Who it’s for

This workshop is designed for people who already share a connection and want to spend intentional time within it.

Couples who want to connect without it feeling forced

Friends who value meaningful, unhurried time

Family members who care about food and the rituals around it
