A shared ritual for slowing down together

What this is

Mindful Maki workshops are not cooking classes in the traditional sense.

They are shared rituals that use simple sushi-making as a way to slow down, engage the senses, and create space for meaningful connection.

You’ll be guided gently, invited to move at an unhurried pace, and supported to stay present with both the food and the people you’re sharing the experience with.

This is designed to feel grounding, warm, and human - not performative or pressured.

Who it’s for

This workshop is designed to be attended with someone you know. It’s not designed as a solo workshop or a fast-paced cooking class.
