About this workshop
Chirashi sushi is a home-style Japanese sushi bowl made for celebratory occassions. It involves arranging fresh ingredients over seasoned rice with the company of family and friends.
In this workshop, we bring that spirit into an intentional evening for two. You’ll be gently guided through preparing and assembling your own bowls side by side, with a clear structure that holds the pace for you. Woven into the process are short, guided pauses designed to help you slow down, engage your senses, and notice each other in new ways - without pressure or performance.
